The Knoxville Boys Soccer Squad will get the season underway tomorrow against Carlisle at the Cownie Soccer Complex in Des Moines. The Panthers are coming off a 4-13 season last year. New Coach Dylan Mick wants to see improvement in the first couple of matches and to see who will step up in varsity action. He says having the leading goal scorer from last season back in a big help. Alex Dye nailed ten goals for the Panthers last season as a freshman and Mick hopes he can keep that going. Mick adds Colin Moyle and Matt Smith also figure to be attackers. The J-V match gets underway at 4:45 with the varsity to follow.
