A planned affordable housing complex has received funding in the form of tax credits. The 31 unit facility planned for the Northwest end of Pella, next to Sports Page, was awarded a $530,000 Housing Tax Credit. Overland Property Group, the project developer, received a resolution of support for the tax credits from the Pella City Council at a meeting in December. City Staff cited a need for affordable housing as the city looks towards the future.
