Governor Terry Branstad has made his appointments to Iowa’s various Boards and Commissions. A Pella man has been appointed to one of these boards. David Vander Horst, a Councilman in Pella, has been nominated to the Commission on Tobacco Use Prevention and Control. Vander Horst, and most of the other nominations, begin their terms on May 1st.
