A Pella man, Brian Dean Stice, has been arrested after filing a report of a theft in December. An investigation into the incident found the theft report was in relation to the sale of an illegal substance. An arrest warrant was served and methamphetamine was found in Stice’s possession. Court records state that Stice admitted the substance was methamphetamine. He has been charged with Conspiracy to Manufacture/deliver methamphetamine and possession with intent to deliver, both of which are class C felonies. Stice faces a maximum of 20 years in prison, a court appearance will be held on Friday.
