Sign up for projects in the ACTS Service Surge are planned to open on April 8th. Breanne Patel with ACTS says that this year you can sign up for specific projects and specific communities. This Service Surge will take place in 6 communities, when normally it focuses on just one. Projects will be held in Knoxville, Melcher, Chariton, Oskaloosa, Ottumwa, and Pella this year.
