The offense for Pella Christian’s boys’ soccer team just couldn’t get going last night against Albia, as they dropped their contest 2 – 0. The Eagles were only down 1 – 0 at the half on a questionable no-call, but just were not able to find the back of the net in the final 40 minutes. Carson Dugger made six saves on eight shots on goal. Head coach, Gerrit Brouwer tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that his team did a much better job Tuesday of transitioning from offense to defense and closing down passing lanes than they did against North Polk on Monday.
