The Knoxville Girls Tennis Squad had a very frustrating night last night against Grinnell losing 8/3 to the Tigers. Of the eight matches the Panthers dropped, five of those matches went to a third set tie-break and Knoxville lost four of them. Coach Nick DeMoss did not have to look far to see what the difference was. Taylor Carter was the only singles winner for the Panthers while doubles wins went to Carter and playing partner Kassie Griggs at number one, also Shelby VanSteenwyk and Natalie Worrall won their match. The boys fell 11/0 to Grinnell. Coach Josh McCollam says his guys are still improving.
