Continuing a busy weekend for Pella athletics, the girls’ golf team and the boys’ soccer squad will be in action later on this morning. The Lady Dutch golf team started their season a little shaky at the hands of Newton, falling by nearly 30 strokes. Kylie Roslien did receive runner-up honors to lead her team. The Little Dutch soccer team is also looking to rebound after a 1 – 0 loss at the hands of Fairfield. Today, they’ll be participating in a tournament with Waukee and Bettendorf. The lone goal in their loss was on a defensive lapse, according to Coach Mark Solomon. Both squads start their respective matches at 9:00 a.m.
