The Knoxville Track and Field Squads were at the Norwalk Invitational last night. The girls came away with a seventh place finish scoring 34 points. For the Panthers, Chambray Daugherty was sixth in the high jump, Emily Belloma was fifth in the long jump. The Panthers were also fourth in the 4×200, and fourth in the shuttle hurdle relay. For the boys, Knoxville placed sixth as a team with 70 points. Nathan Winters got a third in the discus with Ryan Douglas second in the long jump and Joe Stearns was third in the shot put. The Panthers were also second in the 4×200 and 400 meter relays and won the distance medley in a time of 3:35.52 seconds which now leads class 3A and is third in all classes.
