The Pella Christian girls’ golf team was just a Tiger Woods’ two-stroke penalty away from a meet win yesterday at home against Oskaloosa and A-D-M, and it was the Tigers edging the Eagles, 222 – 224. Pella Christian’s Sarah Fopma was the runner-up medalist, shooting 51 at the Pella Golf & Country Club, and the next lowest round for the Eagles came from Autumn Vos who shot 57. The Eagles wrap up their busy week of golf on Thursday, weather permitting, at Oskaloosa.
