The Knoxville Girls Track and Field Squad are looking at the final meets of the season. Monday the Panthers will be at the Pella Invitational, and Thursday is the State Qualifying Meet in Winterset. Coach Jeremy Van Engen says long jumper Emily Belloma has been one of his most consistent girls all season. Belloma has the best jump of any long jumper at the Winterset site with a leap of 15 feet 7.75 inches. Van Engen adds that his relay teams are making progress. A couple of weeks ago the 4×800 team knocked 20 seconds off their previous best time this season.
