The PCM girls’ track and field team is for sure sending seven events to Drake Stadium later next week. The 400 meter dash, 1500 meters, 3000 meters, 400 meter hurdles and discus all qualified for sure. The 4 x 100 and 400 meter relay teams also finished in the top two for the Mustangs’ girls. Coach Bridget Burns tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that she hopes the 4 x 200 meter relay team and the sprint medley relay team end up nabbing an at-large bid after all of the times come in and are official.
