It’s official: the Central men’s golf team has another 36 holes left in their season. After shaving six strokes off their first round score, the Dutch climbed five spots to 13th place and assured themselves that they would continue playing golf today and tomorrow. This is also the first time that Central has made the cut with the new 15-team format that was implemented not too long ago. Justin Livingston carded an even-par 72 and is tied for 30th overall with a two-game total of 149. Transylvania of Kentucky and Texas-Tyler are tied for the lead with a combined score of 579, which puts the Dutch 27 strokes behind with a score of 606. The final two rounds of the tournament will take place on the Ravens golf course at the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort in Florida.
