Coming in 12th place in the NCAA Division III men’s golf tournament in Florida, Central’s golf team impressed many in their four-day stay down in Destin, Florida a few weeks ago. Coach Chad Green said that his guys have one task when they go out to each meet. Green went on to say that his guys did a really good job of that at the national tournament May 14 – 17. Because of their showing on the national stage, Green’s gang will head to North Carolina at some point in the fall for a “National Preview” tournament, which is by invitation only of some of the better teams in Division III.
