Brian Brown nearly got out his broom last night at the Knoxville Raceway as he charged from third to first in two laps to take the 360 feature. Brown apparently was not satisfied winning just one race as he ran both 360 and 410 shows and almost pulled off the double. Davey Heskin held off Brown in the final corner to nose out a win. Brown said later that he caught the cushion wrong in turn three and had to check up slightly. That allowed Heskin the room he needed for the win. J. Kinder grabbed the lead on lap three and coasted to the win in the 305s. 82 cars signed in for the race night.
