The Knoxville Softball Squad will head to Norwalk tomorrow and keep momentum going after getting a win in its conference opener Friday at Newton. Coach Steph Christner says the girls have improved in nearly every facet of the game including hitting. She says they are hitting line drives instead of pop ups. Christner adds once they start finding holes in the defense, the runs and hits will continue to rise. Defensively, the are getting better…however Christner ads there are still times where lapses happen. She has been telling the girls softball is a game that only requires to actually for at more 16 seconds. Knoxville is 2-4 on the season, and will play its first varsity double header tomorrow night at six.
