It was just one of those nights according to Knoxville Baseball Coach Joel Johnson as the Panthers fell to Oskaloosa 13-3 in five innings. Oskaloosa chased starting pitcher Bryce Zoutte after three-plus innings of work. Johnson told KNIA/KRLS Sports that his team was able to hit ground balls but Oskaloosa was able to field well. He added errors also did in his team. It will be a busy week for Knoxville starting with Newton in a varsity double header on Monday. Knoxville falls to 7-6 on the season and 5-3 in the Little Hawkeye Conference.
