If you took a poll of the coaches in Class 3A District 8, you would likely have nearly every coach say Pella is the team to beat this fall. Knoxville head coach Troy Rider says whoever wins the district and whoever the four teams are that make the playoffs it will be a tough row to hoe. Rider adds his team’s goal is always to make the postseason and says the team is coachable which is one of the first steps to success.
