A Pleasantville man was arrested on Sunday after police say they found meth in his pockets. According to court documents, 42-year-old Shane Lee Reavis was pulled over for speeding on his motorcycle near the corner of County Road S45 and McKimber. When the officer approached Reavis, he says that signs of impairment were evident. The officer asked Reavis to hand him a knife that was visible and patted him down for more weapons. That’s when he found a pipe and bags of meth in one of Reavis’s pockets. Reavis was booked into the Marion County Jail and will appear in court for a preliminary hearing later this month.
