Melcher-Dallas and Twin Cedars will play their second district game tonight, and each team has something to prove against their opponents. For the Saints, after they were trounced by the Sabers in week one, Melcher-Dallas has a very winnable game at Seymour. The Warriors are 0 – 1 in the district and winless overall this season, scoring just 14 points in two games. For Twin Cedars, they have had the exact opposite problem, tallying 100 points in their two contests, while only allowing 20. Tonight, they host a Wayne team that’s 1 – 0 after beating Meskwaki last Friday. The Sabers are looking to show the rest of Eight Man District 5 that they could be a force to be reckoned with in 2013. Kickoff for both games is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Tonight is also homecoming for the Sabers.
