After improving on their times, the Knoxville Cross Country Squads will run at the P-C-M Invitational today. The Panther boys finished fifth in a tough field on Tuesday at Newton, while the girls made significant progress as all of the runners lowered their times. The Panthers are in the middle of one of the busiest portions of the season with this past Tuesday, and tonight, then they get back at it with the Knoxville Invitational next week.
