Construction on The Cottages is underway and if you haven’t made the trek to the future site on T14, we’ve got updated pictures below. The Cottages is an innovative community of small households located on the north edge of Pella, designed to redefine the meaning of home by emphasizing healthy living and supporting the independence of older adults. Jill Schroeder, The Cottages Interior Designer says, “Just like traditional homes, The Cottages will showcase cherished memories and the heritage of its residents and the greater community.” Nancy Hamilton with Hearthstone says that they hope to have major construction completed by the end of 2013.
