Surviving the heat this past Saturday, Pella Christian’s cross country team hits the trails once again this evening for a meet in Johnston. The Eagles will be running on the Walnut Ridge area of Saylorville Park. Every course is different, Coach Jocelyn Meinders says, and though she would like to see her athletes improve their times from meet-to-meet, she would really rather see them become more assertive runners. The girls’ and boys’ will start racing in Johnston at 4:45 p.m.
