Indianola is the destination for Pella’s cross country teams tonight. In the latter half of Homecoming week for the Dutch, students and fans alike are encouraged to make the drive to the Indians’ home course to cheer on the boys’ and girls’ runners. With only two more meets before the Little Hawkeye Conference meet in mid-October, Pella head coach, Doug Cutler says he’s happy with the improvement he’s seen from both of his teams, though there is still more work to do. There has been a time change to tonight’s meet; the varsity girls will run at 4:40 p.m., the boys at five, and the JV and freshmen/sophomore squads will race shortly thereafter.
