Lila Carter, 84, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, September 27, at her home. A visitation will begin at 10 A.M. on October 3 with family present from 5-7 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville.Per her wishes Lila was cremated and burial will be in Graceland Cemetery at a later date. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Knoxville Fire & Rescue Department.
