Carlisle will try to play spoilers to the Homecoming festivities at Pella tonight when the Wildcats invade Pella Stadium for a football showdown. The Little Dutch have allowed a total of 41 points through four contests, including a 33 – 0 shutout of Knoxville last week. Carlisle has scored a lot of points, but they have also given up several on defense; the Wildcats are allowing 31 points per game to be scored on them up to this point, though they were able to hold Winterset to 12 in a 43 – 12 win in Week Four. One thing’s for sure, though, says Coach Jay McKinstery, the Wildcats will be running a lot of option tonight. Jamie Brockman and Randy Sikkema have the call tonight on, with pregame coverage starting at 7:00 p.m. and kickoff at 7:30. There will be a delayed broadcast of Pella’s Homecoming game immediately following the KNIA/KRLS Football Friday Night Radio Scoreboard Show on 92.1 KRLS.
