A pair of 1 – 0 teams do battle this evening as non-district play enters week two, as PCM and Pella Christian face-off on the gridiron. The Eagles took down a highly-ranked Class A Lynnville-Sully team on Friday, and this week are focused on doing the little things better. Coach Rich Kacmarynski says they’ve been working on blocking not just for the past four days, but for the last two weeks. PCM escaped with a 21 – 13 win over Knoxville, and after his team looked like “Frankenstein on Roller Skates” in the second half, Coach Greg Bonnett stressed how important it will be for his team to finish their blocks tonight. Tonight’s game will be aired live on 92.1 KRLS and also streamed live at The Eagles’ point-of-view can be heard on the FM side with Jamie Brockman and Larry Hessing on the call. The Mustangs’ call will be streamed live on with Justin Webster. Pregame coverage starts immediately after the KNIA/KRLS Football Friday Night Radio Preview Show at 7:00 p.m. with kickoff at 7:30.
