Pella Christian’s cross country teams did well in their last test before the State Qualifying Meet next Thursday. The Eagles were in Chariton, and the girls finished third place with 83 total points. Pella Christian was led by Marina Shannon who finished seventh overall with a time of 17:10. Jacob Lensing led the Eagles’ boys to a second place showing with 49 team points and his second place overall time of 17:12. Grant Dunsbergen was sixth at 18:09. Both squads finished behind Davis County, who swept the meet.
