The Central baseball team has welcomed former Wheaton College assistant coach, Jordan DeGeorge to their varsity coaching staff. DeGeorge will primarily work with pitchers and catchers, which was his position at Wheaton. He also helped develop their strength and conditioning program. DeGeorge has also worked at the Chicago White Sox Training Academy in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. He graduated from Beloit College in 2010 and was a pitcher on the college’s baseball team. In his time there, he was a two-time all-Midwest Conference pitcher and was also picked to the third-team all-region and was a three-time academic all-conference recipient. DeGeorge set school records in strikeouts and victories in a season.
