The 59th Knoxville Raceway Awards Banquet was held last night at Prairie Meadows in Altoona. The three points champions were honored as Larry Ball Jr…who won the 305 title, Clint Garner, who won the 360 championship and Bronson Maeschen, who took home the 410 hardware were in the spotlight. There were other awards handed out at well like the Rookie of the Year. In the 305s it was Mike Mayberry, Zack Blurton in the 360s and Garrett Dollansky in the 410s. The hard chargers were also honored as Larry Ball Jr was recognized in the 305s while Russ Hall took home the 360 hard charger and Tasker Phillips was the 410 hard charger. One announcement that was made by Knoxville Raceway Race Director John McCoy, starting in 2014 all cars will be required to have a front axle tether for safety. Also Five-Time 360 Champion Clint Garner announced he is running in the 410 class for 2014.
