Earlier this week, multiple agencies worked together in the arrest of two men in connection with a rash of burglaries in the Marion County area. Marion County Sheriff Jason Sandholt says 27 year old Dustin Blake Todd, from Knoxville, was found with stolen guns, ammunition and prescription drugs. Reports say that Todd had entered a home near Otley, and was discovered by the homeowner. Todd showed a handgun before fleeing the scene. A pill bottle labeled with the homeowners’ name was found upon execution of a search warrant at Todd’s residence. Sheriff Sandholt says that Todd has also been charged with other burglaries in the Knoxville area, including other homes, businesses and private vehicles. Todd, who is also wanted in Michigan, is being held in the Marion County Jail on $264,000 cash-only bond. A 44 year old Chariton man, Michael Jay Fisher, of Chariton was also arrested and is in custody in Lucas County.
