The Knoxville Wrestling Squad will travel to Des Moines tonight for a triangular with Indianola and Des Moines North. The Panthers are 1-2 in dual meets this season and are coming off a third place finish in last Friday’s Central Decatur Invitational. Coach Ron Peterson tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that while young, he says the guys are starting to wrestle better in practice and in meets. He adds Indianola is one of the better teams in class 3A with three ranked wrestlers in the latest Predicament’s top ten. Knoxville has two in the top ten in 2A with Kieran Robuck tenth at 138 pounds and Tyler Chatterton eighth at 152 pounds. First bouts get underway at 5:30.
