The Melcher-Dallas basketball squads hit the road to face Seymour this evening. The Warriors have only one win combined on their two teams, and that’s on the girls’ side, who beat Diagonal this past Tuesday. The Saints’ ladies are trying to win their third straight game and get to a season-high one game above .500. For the boys, Melcher-Dallas is trying to snap a four-game skid and have a prime opportunity against a winless Warriors’ boys’ team. Saints’ coach, Jim Wells, says that his team is trying to gel as they are still filled with several younger athletes. Tonight’s game tips off at 6:00 p.m.
