Hardee’s opened yesterday morning. The new location, at 1405 S.Lincoln Street in Knoxville opened at 10, and began serving lunch to more than 30 customers waiting in line. Deanna Possey with Public Relations in Overland Park, Kansas, says that she and the president of the company will be here on Wednesday to make sure everything is running smoothly. She says they are very excited to have this new building, and they hope the new location will increase business. Hardees’ manager in Knoxville is Brandy Taylor, a Knoxville resident, and Possey said they are blessed to have Brandy on their team.
