The PCM girls and boys basketball teams were able to defeat Greene County on Friday night at home. The PCM girls’ team started the night off with an impressive 54-25 win over the Rams. Senior Abbi Gilson led all Mustangs with 14 points on the night and went 7 for 8 from the free throw line. Afterwards, Head Coach Bret Grier talked about what he expects from his young team as the season goes on. The PCM boys remain undefeated on the early season at 2-0 after a dominating 73-42 victory over Greene County on Friday night. Senior Dillon Bruxvoort led the Mustangs in scoring with 26 points. Sophomore Logan Gilman was second in scoring on the night with 19 points. Both the girls’ and boys’ teams will look for their third win of the season when they play host to Pella Christian on Monday night.
