Bonus points hurt Central again on Saturday in wrestling action inside the Iowa Conference. Central fell to Dubuque 23 – 15, to number-one ranked Wartburg 46 – 0 and to Buena Vista 23 – 22. Though it still is freezing outside, the track and field season got underway for the Dutch this weekend. Central’s men won the ten-team Dutch Athletics Classic and the women finished third. Central’s wrestlers step out of the conference for a dual with William Penn on Thursday, while the track teams head up north to Waverly to compete in the Wartburg Select.
