Following a pair of losses, one of them a heartbreaker, to Newton on Tuesday, Pella Christian’s ball clubs can hopefully shake them off with a visit from Oskaloosa this evening. The Indians have a combined two wins on the season; the Eagles are on their own slides lately: the boys have lost five straight and the girls have dropped four-in-a-row. Eagles’ boys’ coach, Larry Hessing says that the Indians do have one player that they’ll have to make sure doesn’t hurt them again, but for the most part, they’re just trying to improve themselves.
