Their game from Friday having been postponed to last night due to the death of an Orient-Macksburg student, Twin Cedars was still able to come away with a sweep of their opponents. The Sabers’ girls won in their game, against on the back of Brittney Roby, who had a near triple-double with 28 points and she broke the school record for steals in a game, which was previously 11. Four Saber boys hit double digits in their 79 – 48 win over the Bulldogs. Otis Roby had 21, Dylan Springer scored 14, Coy Moore added 11, and Collin Still had ten points for the Sabers, who improve to 9 – 4, while the girls are now 6 – 7. Twin Cedars is back in action on the road tonight against Moravia. Fellow Bluegrass Conference member, Melcher-Dallas, will play Ankeny Christian tonight, as well.
