Despite having last night off from actual competition, the Pella Christian boys’ basketball team’s routine didn’t change much from their normal week. Coach Larry Hessing says that instead of a game yesterday, his team had a hard practice, and that will continue for the rest of the week until their big test with Dallas Center-Grimes at home on Friday. Hessing says he wants to see his good shooters be more confident and take more shots, and he’d like to see his team really clean up the boards better and do a better job taking care of the basketball.
