One of the keys to victory in Knoxville’s win over Centerville on Monday night was the Panthers ability to break The Big Reds full court pressure defense. The Panthers were able to get the ball down the middle and either get easy lay ups or open three point shots. Coach Jeff Larson tells KNIA/KRLS it has not been perfect, but he gives credit to the Brothers Davis for helping break the pressure. The Davis boys combined for 35 of Knoxville’s 82 points on Monday night. The Panthers will take on Chariton tomorrow night in the Class 3A District championship in Albia.
