The end of their season coming at the hands of Van Meter last week, the Pella Christian girls’ basketball team lost two seniors off their squad. Both Lauren Jungling and Savanna Baugh will be missed from the program both on and off the court. Each girl had their strengths, and Coach Kevin Van Maanen says that even through tough times, they both helped keep the team’s collective head up. The silver lining with losing both Jungling and Baugh is that ten juniors return to the program when the 2014-15 season begins this November.
