They were ousted last year by Bondurant-Farrar in the first round of the Class 3A girls’ regional basketball tournament, and tonight, the PCM girls have another tough school awaiting them in Monroe as A-D-M is in town for the opener of this year’s tourney. A-D-M is just 10 – 11 on the season, but they have defeated Pella, Perry, Bondurant-Farrar and Ballard. Coach Bret Grier says the goal is to keep the Tigers out of the paint. Grier adds his team must control the glass and not turn the ball over that often on offense. You can hear tonight’s playoff game live on AM 1320 and FM 95.3 KNIA and streamed live at with Derek Cardwell and Brian Hazelton on the call. Pregame starts at 6:45 p.m. with tip-off at seven.
