In what has been an impressive season so far for both schools, PCM and Pella High will wrestle in the districts, the last step before the Wells Fargo Arena and the 2014 State Wrestling Tournaments. For the Little Dutch, being a Class 3A team meant they didn’t have to wrestle last Saturday in sectionals, and could potentially qualify their entire team, though Coach Joe Burch says he’d be happy having his wrestlers end the day on a high note. There are six Mustangs that individually qualified for today’s tourney, and Coach Cory Waddell says that though you can see who all is in your weight class, the first match is the most important. PCM joins Knoxville in the Fairfield district, while Pella High is in Newton for theirs.
