Eli Horton, Austin O’Brien, Spencer Hammack and Drew Jackson comprised the first-ever men’s national indoor championship relay team, winning the distance medley relay in a time of just over 9:54 at yesterday’s NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in Nebraska. The time was five-and-a-half seconds faster than the time the team set last year. Central’s men will run in several finals today, hoping to increase their place in the overall team standings on the national stage.
