Visitation with family present for Fred Williams, age 70 of Tracy, will be held on Tuesday, April 1st from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa. Open visitation will begin Tuesday morning after 10:00 am. Memorials may be made to the MHP Hospice Serenity House in Oskaloosa.
