Pleasantville head boys’ track and field coach, Gabe Bakker, is dealing with increased numbers in the program this season. They didn’t have to part with many seniors off of last year’s squad, which allows the Trojans’ coaches to expand their horizons when they try to fill the various events each track meet brings. Coach Bakker says they even welcomed in a few seniors that hadn’t been out in the past. Pleasantville will open up the season outdoors on April 8 in a meet at PCM.
