Track events were center stage for Friday’s session of the Drake Relays. Pella’s girls were middle of the pack for the 4 x 100 and 200 meter relays. The highlight of the day for the Lady Dutch was their tenth place finish in the 4 x 400 meter relay. The PCM girls set a new school record in the 4 x 200, with a 14th – time of 1:46.53. Jordan Pingel for the Pella boys was tenth in the 800 meters and the Little Dutch sprint medley relay team was 11th overall. Pella Christian’s girls had a time of 53 seconds flat in the 4 x 100 meter relay. Full results can be found on KNIAKRLS.com under Today’s Sports.
