The 61st Lucas Oil Championship Cup Series gets the green flag at the Knoxville Raceway tonight. Weather should not be an issue with clear skies and temperatures in the 70s at the time of hot laps and mid 50s by the time the A-Mains get underway. The 410 division may be the most competitive in track history. Defending Champion Bronson Maeschen may have his work cut out to repeat with the likes of Terry McCarl and former World of Outlaw regular Craig Dollansky back full time at Knoxville. Davey Heskin is another contender for the 410 title this season. He tells KNIA/KRLS you cannot have a bad night this season. Coverage beings tonight on AM 1320 and 95.3 FM KNIA with Live Track Side at five, and Race Night’s Live at seven.
