For the first time this season the Pella Christian boys’ and girls’ track teams will face competition outdoors. The two squads will be in two different locations; the boys will be at home in a quad meet against Des Moines Christian, Lynnville-Sully and Twin Cedars, while the girls will be at Albia. PCM’s girls, who have looked nothing short of impressive so far, will also be at the home of the Lady Dees. Eagles’ boys’ coach, Keith Anderson says their biggest hurdle in today’s first meet of the season will be figuring out who will race what. Mustangs’ coach, Bridget Martin says the team’s positive attitude early this season has been what has led to their early success so far. The Eagles’ boys’ home meet will get underway at 4:45 p.m. while the girls will start racing at five.
