Both PCM’s softball and baseball teams walked off with wins in the bottom of the seventh of their respective contests with Greene County last night. The baseball squad won 4 – 3 on a game-winning single by Glenn Gillespie. Zach Uhlenhopp earned the win in relief of Tyler Townsend, by going one-and-a-third innings, giving up no hits and walking one batter. The PCM girls won by the same score on a walk-off double by Molly Vignovich. Kayla Jennings was the winning pitcher with five strikeouts. The baseball team improves to 2 – 1 and softball is 3 – 0. Each team is at South Hamilton on Monday.
